The New Sig House

We have agreed on a new site on the southeast corner of Superior and Grant Ave, just east of the current House. We will be the first house a visitor sees upon entering the campus. And for all our future brothers, the one they will remember forever.
Construction of the new House is part of the College’s strategic plan and capital campaign. Gifts to the construction fund will count toward the campaign and will be restricted gifts that can be used only for construction of the House. Our goal is to raise $1,000,000.
Pledges can be spread over a five year period, are tax-deductible as gifts to Alma College, and are eligible for corporate matching funds. There are numerous naming opportunities and multiple giving levels. This is a great opportunity to honor the memories of Brothers who are no longer with us, an opportunity for pledge classes to come together to name a room, and an opportunity to give back to our Alma Mater with a gift that sustains Zeta Sigma and assures our leadership on campus for future generations.
Should you have any questions, please check out our FAQs or Contact Us for more information.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
