Zeta Sigma Fraternity
Zeta Sigma, Alma College's first fraternity, began its roots on the Alma campus on 1887, just one year after the College itself. Zeta Sigma’s past members’ influence can be seen all over campus on the buildings that are named for their past members and their generous contributions to Alma College. Our colors are green and gold which we wear proudly while representing what it means to be a True Sig on Alma College's campus, while helping in our local area schools, working and sponsoring an annual can drive for the Salvation Army, support Big Brothers/Big Sisters, or many other charitable commitments throughout the Alma College and surrounding community. We will continue to share more of our rich history. We hope to see you back as we continue to build this site and have more to share with the world.
We Believe: “A person of high moral character is an asset to any organization. We look for members who illustrate strong moral fiber and a desire to grow in their area. We seek and attempt to develop such qualities as loyalty, honor, respect for others and high ideals for brotherhood.” |

Preamble of the Zeta Sigma Constitution
In order to enrich the social life of the membership, to promote and maintain good scholarship and relationships among its members, to uphold the ideals of brotherhood, and to encourage and develop leadership in the membership, the following constitution of Zeta Sigma is established. Always remember that the extent to which each individual member adheres to these principles determines our strength as an organization and the credibility of our image as a valuable asset for the young men in the eyes of the college and community members alike.
